epaCUBE's Dedicated Customer Support for Informed and Effective Pricing Decisions
We do this by providing each customer with personalized attention and support. That is why each customer is assigned a dedicated CSM who meets with them twice a week (to start) to help them make informed pricing decisions.
We understand that implementing a new pricing strategy can be challenging, which is why we’re here to offer guidance and support as you navigate the process.
As your pricing strategy gains momentum and you become more comfortable with our solutions, we’ll decrease the frequency of our meetings to once a week, and eventually to once a month. But rest assured, we will always be here when you need us, ready to offer our expertise and support.
